Invite ALL Lasallian Smashers (Brothers, Alumni, Parents, Faculty, Students, Non-Teaching Personnel)...to join the ONE LA SALLE BADMINTON CLUB TOURNAMENT on July 31, 2010 (Saturday), at The Zone, Malugay St., Makati City from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

This OLSBCT (ONE LA SALLE BADMINTON CLUB TOURNAMENT) is a no frills tournament amongst Lasallians/ Lasallites, which aims to formalize a Lasallian badminton club under the De La Salle Alumni Association. All Lasallian participants shall officially be part of the club which will represent Lasallians in various badminton meets.

This is a come and play doubles tournament based on a younger partner age category.

Age groups are as follows:
25 and Under, 30 and Under,
40 and Under, 50 and Under and 60 and Under,
all for Men’s, Ladies’ and Mixed Doubles

Only P250 per person will be collected from all participants as a direct donation to the One La Salle Scholarship Endowment Fund by the One La Salle Badminton Club, which means your games will be for free.

Trophies will be given to the grand champion of each category. Snacks will be provided by Krispy Kreme, water by Summit Natural Drinking Water and energy drink by 100Plus.

Eligibility:
Open to all badminton enthusiasts and players except current and former national team players. Varsity players and trainors are allowed to join but will be automatically placed in Level A or B. Flites Execom reserves the right to deny or disqualify any entry if deemed necessary.

Champion (Levels A - G) P3,000 cash + trophy
First Runner-up (Levels A - G) Special prize + trophy

Events:
Corporate A is for companies whose players/employees are classified as club players (i.e., not former or current varsity players nor national team members)
Corporate B is for companies who have players/employees who are former varsity players or former national players who have been out of the national team for at least 10 years
For both events, each team should have 12 players (7 males and 5 females). The events to be played are two (2) Men’s Doubles, two (2) Mixed Doubles and one (1) Ladies Doubles.

Prizes:
Champions shall be receiving Flypower products like racquets, bags or shoes and Flypower gift certificates worth PhP 20,000
Runners-up shall be receiving Flypower items worth PhP 10,000
