Scoring System:
Adults: Single round robin elimination format using 1-35 scoring system. Straight set. No setting at 34 all.
Juniors: BWF 1-21 rally point. Knock-out system.

Levels: The tournament will be for badminton players from levels C to F, based on the following accepted big tournament leveling standards.
Level A: International, world class players
Level B: National and Varsity players, badminton trainers.
Level C: Strong/Competitive players
Level D: Moderate players
Level E: Intermediate players
Level F: Beginners

Last Day of Leveling: October 19, 2010 (Tuesday) - 5PM to 7PM at the Don Antonio Sports Center.

Tournament Scope: Open to all badminton enthusiasts, especially to members of UP fraternities, sororities and organizations, resident or alumni.

Eligibility: National Team players, varsity players are disqualified. Qualified players can participate in a maximum of two (2) events provided that they go through mandatory leveling.

Fee:
Php750/player for alumni and non-UP players
Php200/player for UP students

Invite ALL Lasallian Smashers (Brothers, Alumni, Parents, Faculty, Students, Non-Teaching Personnel)...to join the ONE LA SALLE BADMINTON CLUB TOURNAMENT on July 31, 2010 (Saturday), at The Zone, Malugay St., Makati City from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

This OLSBCT (ONE LA SALLE BADMINTON CLUB TOURNAMENT) is a no frills tournament amongst Lasallians/ Lasallites, which aims to formalize a Lasallian badminton club under the De La Salle Alumni Association. All Lasallian participants shall officially be part of the club which will represent Lasallians in various badminton meets.

This is a come and play doubles tournament based on a younger partner age category.

Age groups are as follows:
25 and Under, 30 and Under,
40 and Under, 50 and Under and 60 and Under,
all for Men’s, Ladies’ and Mixed Doubles

Only P250 per person will be collected from all participants as a direct donation to the One La Salle Scholarship Endowment Fund by the One La Salle Badminton Club, which means your games will be for free.

Trophies will be given to the grand champion of each category. Snacks will be provided by Krispy Kreme, water by Summit Natural Drinking Water and energy drink by 100Plus.
