Men's Doubles: Level A - E
Mixed Doubles: Level A - E
Leveling Dates: Every Fridays and Saturdays of May up to June 10-11, 2011 only from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Extended to June 30, 2011 [Thursday])
Prizes: Big cash prizes (P5,000 - P10,000), trophies and medals
Eligibility:
Former or current national team players are not qualified to join
Former or current college varsity players are automatically categorized as Level A
